For some athletes it could be that they are really “tight” or “restricted” at their joints.

That’s why the trainers at ID3 assess each joint to see if it has enough range of motion.

For some athletes it might be the lack of strength, power, or explosiveness.

That’s why we test muscles specifically important to the sport that an athlete plays to see if they need to be strengthened.
